Financial Provisions

Pine Creek Ranch has a published rate of $7,740.00 per month. Pine Creek Ranch requires the first and last month's tuition at time of enrollment. There is also a $1,450.00 admission fee, which includes: initial clothing setup, initial $400.00 incidental account deposit, ranch wardrobe outfitting. When admission occurs before the 15th of the month the first month's tuition can be pro-rated to reflect the admission date. If admission occurs after the 15th of the month, Pine Creek Ranch requires pro-rated payment for the remainder of the month in addition to the first and last month's tuition.
